NCAA Eligibility Center Profile or Certification Account, that is the question?

In the process of pursing a collegiate sport, student athletes use to have to create an eligibility center account in order to get cleared to play sports at the next level.  The problem this seems to  have created with parents and student athletes was the non-refundable fee for creating the account even if the student-athlete is not recruited.  Now the NCAA has fixed this and created a much better process! They put the power to decide with type of account a student athlete has in their hands so to speak.  However if a student athlete is a potential D1 or D2 athlete they MUST be cleared through the NCAA Eligibility Center.  Check out this new process here  or visit the NCAA website for more information  on how to register!
